The Inquiring Mind is a metaphysical in-home shop owned by Fiji Cavanaugh, Midnight's resident witch. Fiji inherited the shop from her aunt Mildred upon her passing. Fiji has an extensive knowledge of herbs, crystals and spell work. Fiji is the heart of Midnight. She has a free spirited nature and is very compassionate. She goes to great length to protect her love ones and the town.
Fiji is a love and light worker descended from a lineage of dark witches. Fiji overcomes any obstacle in her path, including those in her love life.
Fiji is very powerful. She lived a very troubled life because of her inability to control her eldritch abilities. Fiji first came to Midnight as a young adult, looking to her aunt Mildred for guidance. Being the only other living witch in the Cavanaugh family, Mildred took Fiji under her tutelage. Fiji studied under Mildred for a few years before her aunt's untimely death.
Fiji has a talking cat familiar named Mr. Snuggly.
